"My adventure with photography began when I was 14 years old. I started on a 35mm film camera Russian production. The best quality images I ever saw was years before digital cameras appeared. In those days there was no possibility of mistakes. You had one moment and one chance. Today, if you do not like something – you can simply delete it. So this old-fashioned camera gave me a good education.
I’ve been 5 years in Connemara already and still every year in the spring this place surprises me with something new. This is why I am doing it."
